Yet another Psycho Saturday in the bag and i know we are all feeling that workout today. This weeks workout consisted of some basic workouts that we all have grown to love such as: barbell squats, deadlifts, and others. We also threw in some TRX training and a dreaded 100 lb. sled pull! I can honestly say that this weeks Psycho Saturday was the hardest one to-date. We had 10 participants this week and everyone pushed extremely hard during the workout and their is a train of puke down Industry ave. to prove it.
