Bootcamp & Group Fitness Classes

Combining cardio, strength training, and everything in between, our bootcamp classes have something for everyone, no matter your fitness level.

  • Mon – Fri: 6AM, 1PM, 6PM
  • Sat – Sun: 10AM

Sweat Squad

Our most challenging group training, this system focuses on athletic conditioning. If you’re training for your next Spartan Race, Tough Mudder or Mud Run, this class is for you.

  • Tues/Thurs 7PM
  • Sat 7AM

Largest Loser

Our most popular program, this team-based weight loss competition combines nutrition education with group workouts led by our experienced coaches.

  • Mon-Thurs 7PM
  • Sat-Sun 10AM

Body Composition Scans

Need help setting your fitness goals?  Start at the beginning – our scan lets you know your weight, body fat %, even how much muscle you have.  Knowledge is the first step to success.

I started with the private personal training because I was too intimidated to do the boot camps but after a few sessions, I tried the classes and I absolutely loved it!! I am now doing both personal training and the boot camps when my schedule allows it.

They have many different programs and always have fun and educational activities for the members. And everyone here is very friendly and encouraging!
