Competitors on both teams get access to group coaching and support during the competition:
- Access to trainer advice and guidance 24/7
- Access to nutritional information and exercise files
The foundation of this competition is the team workouts 6 days a week:
- Group Workouts Mon-Thur 7PM team workouts
- Team Vs. Team Workouts Saturday/Sunday 10am
- Midpoint Team Challenge
In addition to the workouts and coaching, our competitors get a weekly nutrition class to build a foundation of healthy habits that will last beyond just the competition.
- Weekly nutrition classes – Saturdays 9AM
- Access to online group with recipes and tips
- Healthy Potluck at the finale
It’s not just the final weigh-in that matters if you want to lose weight the healthy way. Regular progress and nutrition tracking is how our competitors stay on top of their goals.
- Weekly weigh-ins in addition to official weigh-ins at Kickoff, Midpoint, and Finale
- Body composition scan at Kickoff
